PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE CLAIMS
- Massage Therapy is not publicly funded by the provincial government of Ontario (NO OHIP).
- Payments in cash, debit or credit card are accepted.
- BUTTER N' FLY BODYWORKS: RMT CLINIC provides direct billing to your insurance company if your plan covers you for massage therapy and they will pay us directly. Direct billing company include: Great-West Life Insurance.
- Online direct billing companies include: Green Shield and Blue Cross.
- We also offer to send off your claim in the mail on your behalf to your insurance company for those of you who procrastinate and who don't mind the 2-4 week return on your claim.
- Payment of services can be claimed by the patient when submitted to their insurance provider. NOTE: Some insurance plans may require a physician's referral prior to the start of massage therapy treatments, while others allow treatment without the referral. Most plans have a maximum amount available. Please consult your extended health care benefit plan or come to the clinic and we will call your insurance company on your behalf.
- Gift Certificates that are sold by us are accepted as payment.
